Tour Details
Day 1 : Mumbai – H. Nizamuddin Pickup – Haridwar
Arrive at H. Nizamuddin Rly. Stn. @ 10:55 AM by August Kranti Rajdhani Exp. Meet & Greet Our Tour Manager outside H. Nizamuddin Rly. Stn. (Those who are coming by Flight they need to report at H. Nizamuddin Rly. Stn. Till 10:30 AM) Transfer to Haridwar. Enroute have Lunch. On arrival check in to Hotel. Evening visit Ganga Aarti @ Hari ki Pawadi. Stay @ Haridwar.
Day 2 : Haridwar – Mussoorie – Barkot
Morning after early breakfast check out from hotel & transfer to Ranachatti via visiting Mussoorie Kempty Falls. After lunch continue your journey towards Barkot. On arrival check in to hotel & rest for the day. Stay @ Barkot.
Day 3 : Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot
Early Morning after taking tea/coffee & packed breakfast. Proceed to fulonkichatti to go Yamunotri Dham by trek at an altitude of 10500 Ft. above mean sea level Here you can go up to 07 Kms. by Doli / Pony / By Walk. After Yamuna Mata darshan come back to fulonkichatti & have lunch. After lunch come back to Barkot. Rest for the day. Stay @ Barkot.
Day 4 : Barkot – Uttarkashi
Morning after early breakfast proceeds to Uttarkashi. On arrival check in to hotel & have lunch. Evening visit Himalayan Slide Show & Kashi Vishwanath Mandir. Rest for the day. Stay @ Uttarkashi.
Day 5 : Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi
Early Morning after taking tea/coffee & packed breakfast proceed to Gangotri Dham. On arrival @ Gangotri Dham at an altitude of 10800 Ft. above mean sea level take a darshan of Ganga Mata & Puja @ Ganga Ghat come back to Uttarkashi via visiting Ganganani Hot Water Springs & Parashar Muni Ashram & Harsil Ghati. Enroute have Lunch. On arrival rest for the day. Stay @ Uttarkashi.
Day 6 : Uttarkashi – Guptakashi / Phata
Early Morning after taking tea/coffee & packed breakfast checkout from hotel & transfer to Guptakashi via visiting Tehri Dam (Asia’s Longest Dam constructed on biggest river Bhagirathi by JayPee Group – this is the place where the great environmentalist Sunderlal Bahuguna protest against Govt. to save Trees & Nature). Enroute have Lunch. On arrival visit Gupta Mahadev Mandir. Late evening arrive & check in to hotel @ Guptakashi / Phata. Stay @ Guptakashi / Phata.
Day 7 : Guptakashi / Phata – Sonprayag - Gaurikund - Kedarnath
Early morning after taking tea/coffee & pack breakfast proceed to Kedarnath Dham via Sonprayag – (Mandakini & Songanga Rivers) by walk or by Pony / Doli (On your Own) for Approx 18 Kms. Or by Helicopter [Helicopter services also available from Phata (Subject to availability & weather conditions)]. After reaching on top at an altitude of 11800 Ft. above mean sea level. Take darshan of holy shivling of Baba Kedarnath. Rest for the day in GMVN Tents in Kedarnath. Stay @ Kedarnath.
Day 8 : Kedarnath - Gaurikund - Sonprayag - Phakta / Guptakashi
Morning after breakfast return back to Guptakashi via Sonprayag – (Mandakini & Songanga Rivers) by walk or by Pony / Doli (On your Own) for Approx 21 Kms. Or by Helicopter [Helicopter services also available from Kedarnath (Subject to availability & weather conditions)]. Reach to hotel & relax for the day. Stay @ Guptakashi / Phata.
Day 9 : Guptakashi / Phata - Chamoli - Joshimath - Badrinath
Morning after Breakfast check out & proceed to Badrinath via Joshimath - Considered to be one of the 4 maths established by Adi Shankaracharya & visit Narasimha temple, which is included as one of the 108 Divya deshams.Enroute have Lunch. Enroute visit Rudraprayag – Alaknanda & Mandakini Rivers & Karnaprayag – Alaknanda & Pindarganga & Nandprayag – Alaknanda & Nandakini Rivers (visit on the way to joshimath or while returning back to srinagar garhwal). En route visit Vishnuprayag – Alaknanda & Dhauliganga Rivers & On arrival check in to Hotel. Stay @ Badrinath. Badrinath Dham at an altitude of 11300 Ft. above mean sea level.
Day 10 : Badrinath – Mana - Badrinath
Morning after breakfast proceed to visit Lord Vishnu Temple of Badrinath Dham & One can perform rituals besides Hot Water Springs at the banks of Alaknanda River. Post darshan proceed to visit Mana Village – The Last India Village before Tibetan Border & visit Ganesh Gufa, Vyas Gufa, Saraswati River Ugam Sthal, Bhim Pool, Pandava’s Swargarohini Marg and Keshav Prayag – Saraswati & Alaknanda River. After sightseeing we will have a cup of Tea @ ‘Bharat Ki Aakhri Chaay Ki Dukan’. After all sightseeing drive back to hotel. Stay @ Badrinath.
Day 11 : Badrinath – Srinagar (220 KMS)
Morning after breakfast proceed to Srinagar Garhwal – located at the foothills of the Himalayas. Enroute visit Nanda Prayag, Karna Prayag, Rudra Prayag. On arrival check in & Rest for the day. Evening enjoy group games and get-together at Hotel. Stay @ Srinagar.
Day 12 : Srinagar – Rishikesh – Haridwar (120 KMS)
Morning after breakfast check out & proceed to visit Dev Prayag – Alaknanda & Bhagirathi Rivers (Ganga River) & Rishikesh Local Sightseeing – Laxman Zula, Ram Zula, Laxman Mandir, Swargashram, Geeta Bhavan, Baba Kali Kamli wala Ashram. After Lunch transfer to Haridwar. On arrival check in & Rest for the Day & free for Relaxation at Hotel. Stay @ Haridwar.
Day 13 : Haridwar – H. Nizamuddin : Delhi (210 KMS)
Morning after breakfast checkout from hotel & proceed to drop @ H. Nizamuddin Rly. Stn. Enroute have Lunch. Afternoon take August Kranti Rajdhani Exp. For Mumbai. Tour ends with Endless Spiritual memories of Chardham by Hello Pravasi Tours & Travels…

Please Note
- Please note sometimes due to weather conditions Curd may be not being available in Chardham.
- Guests who are coming by air from Mumbai to Delhi they need to join our group @ H. Nizamuddin Rly. Stn.
- Guests who are going by air from Delhi to Mumbai they need to go to Delhi airport on their own from H. Nizamuddin Rly. Stn.
- As Some Places in Uttarakhand is located in very remote areas, So We will provide you Neat & Clean & Standard Category Hotels
- The guest should always keep cool with the drivers as they are not tourism educated and come from different remote villages.
- On arrival of guests they will receive by our executive, who will handle the entire operation.
- If any tourist spot do not complete for closing day & if they want to do the same on next day then they have to pay the extra cost for the vehicle.
- Please maintain the timing for the sightseeing / transfers which will advisable by our executive. Once our vehicle will leave the hotel area without picking up the guests & come back at parking stand then guest must have to arrange their own to reach at the parking stand.
- Room Heater available with an extra cost Borne by the guest directly.
- Due to shortage of power the guest sometimes, may have to bear it with candle light / Torch.
- Category of Rooms in the packages normally remains to Base Category.
- For Extra adult in the room we will provide an extra bed (wherever possible), but some hotels only provide a roll out bed and have no provision of an extra bed.
- Operator reserves the right to re-arrange itinerary to suit hotel availability without changing the total number of days in each destination and without compromising any services.
- Child sharing parent’s room will not be provided an extra bed.
- Our advice is please carry ample warm cloths like monkey cap, hand glows, sweaters & wind cheaters/umbrellas to avoid feeling cold & getting wet in rain (Subject to weather conditions).
- Guest must have to go by trek to Yamunotri Dham which is 7 Kms. Doli / Pony are available on chargeable basis. They will Take charges to & from approx 8 to 10 thousand & charges are depends on weight of the yatri.
- Helicopter is available at Kedarnath Dham & it will chargeable approx 10 to 12 thousand from Phata - Kedarnath – Phata.
- During the trek, it is impossible for the tour organizers to arrange for meals.
- There are several Shops. Guests are also advised to carry light snacks like dry fruits etc.
- Enroute toilet / refreshment facilities are not well maintained & there is scarcity of water.
- Expensive ornaments and jewellery should be avoided.
- Carry your medicines in enough quantities. If someone is prone to travel sickness, then carry enough Air Sickness Bags.
- Climate is unpredictable in Uttarakhand. HP cannot be held responsible if any sightseeing is missed due to natural/political reasons/road blocks/land slides. Any additional cost arising due to any such situations will have to be borne by the guests.
- Vehicles are not at disposal, but on point to point basis only.
- Active participation during the journey will make it interesting and lively.
- Caps will be given to everyone. This is meant to identify our group members. Please wear it at all times.
- Limit yourself to one suitcase preferably with wheels. Carry a plastic bag with a zip to keep essential things while going out.
- All guests to carry at least one original Government issued Photo ID & address proof like Driving license, Senior citizen card, Voter’s id, Passport, Aadhar Card etc.
- Carry the same id/address proof along with 2 Photocopies that you gave at the time of registration.
- Do not repeatedly request the organizers during the trip to take to places other than that mentioned in the program sheet.
- All passengers have to assemble at Mumbai domestic airport / BCT Rly. Stn. at least one hour before to the train / flight departure time. Our representative will meet & greet you outside the H. Nizamuddin Rly. Stn.
- A sling pouch with dry snacks & Caps will be handed over to each tour participant on arrival at H. Nizamuddin.
- HP services start and end at H. Nizamuddin Rly. Stn.
Cancellation Policy
- From the booking date till 15 days prior to departure: 30% of the package cost
- Within 15 days prior to departure: 50% of the package cost
- 24 hours to 3 days prior to departure: 100% of the package cost
No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable. Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.
No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on case to case basis.
